I am a Professor in the Department of Economics at Columbia University, author of Strategies and Games: Theory and Practice, MIT Press, and a Partner at Aicon Art in downtown Manhattan. Previously, I was an Associate Professor at the Department of Economics at the University of Wisconsin, Editorial Board Member at Economic Theory and a Partner at Aicon Art Funds.
I am a microeconomist and game theorist with a special interest in the Economics of Climate Change. My past research focused on Dynamic Programming and Mathematical Economics, Capital Allocation and Growth Theory, Market Survival and Moral Hazard. I became interested in Stochastic Games twenty years back and continue to work in that area with an added emphasis on Asynchronous Games and Climate Change Modeling.
